It's all about the details, from vendor referrals and contract negotiation to day-of execution of your vision. We take the guesswork out of the process, making planning a wedding as seamless and smooth as possible.

Wedding Planner Duties 

• Provide vendor referrals and negotiates contracts; schedules and attends all vendor meetings.

• Book All Wedding Day Vendors.

• Track deposits and payments for all vendors.

• Create detailed timelines and floor plans if needed.

• Help determine and manage your budget, as well as track all deposits and payments.

• Attends site tours and menu tastings.

• Brainstorms style ideas and coordinates design details.

• Arrange hotel room blocks and transportation if needed.

• Help aid in Dress & Tuxedo Selections

• Help with Save-The-Dates & Wedding Invitation Selection

• Make sure miscellaneous Wedding items are bought (Guest Book, Toasting Glasses, Cake Serving Set)

WEDDING DAY COORDINATING ONLY:

It's all about the logistics! We are ONLY in charge of managing the individual components to ensure the Wedding goes smoothly. (ALL DAY OF LOGISTICS)

A Wedding Coordinator is logistically focused but on a shorter timeline than a Planner.

We begin helping you prepare a month  (4 weeks) before the wedding and function as the "Point Person" on the Wedding Day. We will confirm the Vendor scope of services and create a day-of timeline (if you hadn't created one with your Planner), as well as make sure things like final guest counts are in order.

Wedding Coordinator Duties 

• Meets with you four weeks before the Wedding to get a handle on what you've planned thus far.

• Checks in with your vendors to review and confirm logistics.

• Creates detailed timelines and floor plans (only if needed or not completed with Planner)

• Completes a final walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites.

• Addresses any overlooked details (such as forgetting to hire any additional Vendors/Attendants).

• Manages the rehearsal.

• Oversees everything on the wedding day

• Make Sure ALL Vendors show up on time

• Set-Up Wedding (Assist Vendors)

• Breakdown Wedding (Assist Vendors)

• Direct the Wedding Ceremony

• Make sure you stay on schedule day of Wedding

With our Coordinator Services you will receive one hour of Wedding Rehearsal. Rehearsal can be held the day prior to the Wedding -OR- day of the Wedding. (Day of Wedding Rehearsal will be at the Coordinator's availability)

• Creates detailed floor plans.

• Ensures all of the decor elements are in place on-site at the Event.

• Event Decor Removal Only- Event Stylist DO NOT BUSS TABLES at the end of the Event for Decor Removal.
